Sample reports
Two reports in the format we deliver. Both use boards we own, so we can show them in full.
Schematic review report
A real review of our own four-camera GMSL2 board: the draft schematic we were given, what we found and why, and the check of the release files after the fixes.
- Findings ranked by severity, from critical to note, each pointing to the reference designator or net
- Evidence for every finding: the datasheet line or the calculation behind it, worked with the values on the sheet
- A recommendation for every finding. This sample also shows the re-check of the release files after the fixes
- What we found correct, with the numbers, so the next revision does not have to check it again
Schematic extracts are from our own board. No customer design data.
PCB design and verification report
An illustrative report on a 1997circuits concept board: our four-camera GMSL2 front end with a Jetson Orin NX module, 6 layers.
- DC voltage drop solved on the supply copper, with drop maps and how much current each path can carry within its budget
- High-speed routing: CSI-2 and Gigabit Ethernet pairs, length-matched, with every P and N length measured on the copper
- Stackup and impedance: layer use and trace widths for 50 Ω and 100 Ω
- Method stated, so every number can be traced
Illustrative sample on a 1997circuits concept board. Values are representative and computed on that concept layout. No customer design data.
